Tour Policies:

Due to the unique nature of this tour and destination some tour polices will differ substantially from other Mile Zero Tours trips.  Please read all of the following carefully before booking.

Early Booking Discount:  A $250 discount is offered off the first 10 seats & $100 off the next 10 until May 12, 2017.
Single travellers: Due to the minimal amount of hotel rooms in Churchill and very high demand during the Polar Bear season we are not able to offer any single private rooms for the 3 nights there at a reasonable price. Solo travellers are certainly welcome on the tour and will be accommodated with a private room in Winnipeg but will most likely need to share with another single while in Churchill. The additional cost for a single private room for the whole trip would be approximately an additional 90% of the tour price.
Minimum required travellers: A minimum of 22 participants is required to operate this tour at the pricing listed. In the event that the minimum number of bookings is not reached by mid-May this trip will be cancelled. Should that be the case, all travellers who have made a deposit for the trip shall be notified and fully refunded all monies paid.
Deposit and Payment: A $1500 per person nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking.  Full payment is required by July 4, 2017.
Cancellation policy:  All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Refunds would only be issued in the event that we are able to fill any cancelled bookings or the tour does not operate due to minimum number of participants. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as Mile Zero Tours can not issue refunds, no matter the reason, beyond the scope of the above mentioned policy.
Airfare: Airfare to and from Winnipeg has been included at our preferred group rate. Should you wish to book your own flights, price will be reduced by $600.
Waivers:  As per the policies of our suppliers, all travellers will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate.
Price Changes: In the event of significant changes in taxes or surcharges by suppliers or local government Mile Zero Tours reserves the right to increase price up until the time of departure.
Terms of Travel:  Please review the full Terms of Travel before booking.
